A Frontrunner Emerges in the New Hampshire Republican Presidential Field

Posted by on Fri, Jun 20, 2014 at 4:01 PM

New Hampshire has spoken and they want Mitt:

According to a Suffolk University/Boston Herald poll released Thursday, 24 percent of the likely New Hampshire Republican electorate would vote for Mitt Romney in the state’s 2016 GOP presidential primary. Every other potential candidate received less than ten percent of the vote, with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie coming in second with just over nine percent.

It's a Romney tsunami. A tsuromney!

This early, such polls are pretty meaningless, regarding the nomination itself.

Further, unless they ask if there are any of the potential Republican nominees for which they would be unwilling to vote in the general election, it's pointless to extrapolate further.

After 40 years of a woman who defended an accused child rapist, isn't it time for a man whose family almost couldn't build an elevator for his cars in one of his mansions because of government regulations?

Why do parties exist in this day and age?

We've got social media, so anyone can build grassroots.

With a party your opponent can not only attack you, but all your members (typically picking the worst among them).

Why not just go directly to the public and present your individual ideas?

Wait, I thought tsuromney was fake flotsam jetsam washing up on Washington's ocean beaches.

(Romney, pretty please, let it be Romney.)

@1, what other industry is in New Hampshire except that of vigorously polling and extrapolating each other on a regular and unnecessary basis?
