Three recent shootings in Seattle's Central District are still not solved and Tonya Mosley, who lives near the scene of one of the killings, wants answers. At a May 7th community meeting attended by Mosley, a freelance broadcast reporter, Seattle Police detectives told the crowd they'd already gone door-to-door on the block where one of the victims, DeSzaun Smallwood, was killed:

No one would talk, the detectives said, because of something called the “No Snitch Code.”

I live on 28th Avenue South, not far from the scene of the shooting.
