Seattle DJ/producer Jimi Jaxon has been making many smart moves in the city’s underground electronic-music scene for the last five years. Besides working for Decibel Festival during this period, he’s also been running the Disco Droppings blog and the 7 Deadly label, fostering a welcome environment for forward-thinking electronic music of many persuasions (footwork, dubstep, ambient, glitch, house). Tonight at Kremwerk, Jaxon—who has performed opening DJ sets for Kode9, Machinedrum, and the late DJ Rashad—hosts a party that will launch his Kickstarter in order to help him advance these projects to a higher level.

Tonight’s lineup features Jaxon and outstanding local talents Zoolab, Miss Shelrawka (Plus), Tyler Morrison (High & Tight), and VJ Baryonyx.
