Kelly O: "I'm going to try to experience some feelings at the Constant Lovers record release show at Chop Suey tonight!"

Paul Constant: "On Saturday, I'm going to take a long walk that may or may not end in a matinee of Bad Words. Don't judge me. I'm also planning on stopping by to visit the gigantic head that's going up in the Olympic Sculpture Park. Otherwise, I'm reading a lot. I'm going to take a look at new books by Krista Bremer and Barbara Ehrenreich, and I also keep meaning to crack open my copy of the Stray Bullets Uber Alles Edition, a 1200 page comic that collects David Lapham's incredible crime comics series from the 1990s."

Christopher Frizzelle: "I'm seeing Moby Alpha at the Ballard Underground. And probably eating at Ocho."

Dave Segal: "I'm going to the Comet on Saturday to experience the experienced DJing prowess of Mamma Casserole and DJ Self-Administered Beatdown. Then later that night I'm going to the birthday party of a friend who's a globe-trotting musician who records for labels based in the US, Germany, and Australia."

Anna Minard: "I'm going to be attending the mayor's Seattle Neighborhood Summit 2014 at Seattle Center, because I hate myself and I hate fun. Since hanging out with neighborhood activists and political wonks on the weekend won't fill me with adequate rage, I plan to go see Anita. Then beer, gardening if the weather allows, and lots of napping."

Charles Mudede: "I'm going to read Bessie Head's A Question of Power, a novel set in Botswana, watch Gravity, which is is now available at a Redbox near my home, and have something to eat and drink at Fort St. George, a curious joint in the International District."

David Schmader: "I'm seeing Girl You Know It's True at its closing-night show Saturday at Theater Off Jackson, continuing reading Questlove's Mo Meta Blues, and hoping to take this fucking dog on a long sunny walk."

The most important image of a dog youll ever see
  • presumably Schmader took this photo. i mean, it's his fucking dog, right?
  • SMALL DOG begins preparations for imminent walk

Jen Graves: "Oh, I'm gonna walk TWO dogs. And I’m going to tell everybody I can find to go to Blindfold Gallery to see the final day of Seattle painter Justin Duffus’s show. You don’t need me to explain why you should go to see Sleeping Arrangements, just look at this painting…"

  • JUST LOOK at this painting. Are you looking at it?

Jen Graves continued: "I'm also going to visit Sarah Bergmann's Pollinator Pathway gardens, in the parking strips running a whole mile down Columbia Street, from Seattle University to Nora’s Woods. (Bergmann won the Stranger Genius Award for her Pollinator Pathway, and it’s mentioned in Bill Moyers’s excerpt of Jane Goodall’s book today, but Sarah Bergmann’s name is left out. Don’t get it twisted, people! Pollinator Pathway, while involving many people, is Sarah Bergmann’s project.)"

Bethany Jean Clement: "I am going to Piecora's to eat pizza, drink beer, and cry, to ACT Theatre to see Stephanie Timm's new play Tails of Wasps (hoping they will let me lie on the bed), and to Ten Sushi to see if it is any good. I also plan to smell flowers and sleep."
