Police SWAT teams are en route to the University of Washington to negotiate with a 40-year-old man who allegedly pepper-sprayed a UW police officer and barricaded himself inside a building.
According to Seattle Police Detective Renee Witt, officers were on the scene at the intersection of 7th Avenue NE and NE Northlake Place after a university police officer was pepper sprayed by a man on campus.

Hopefully this can be resolved without violence.
