Here is a brand-new video from Seattle's Nu Klezmer's Army, featuring neat-o cardboard instruments (that I really want—especially the accordion!) and a tour of noteworthy Seattle hot spots. A little more about the band:

NU KLEZMER ARMY (Seattle) is a diversely skilled ensemble whose impeccable style, musicianship, and fierce energy vivify the traditional music of the Yiddish-speaking Jews of Eastern Europe. Equal parts pickled punk and rakia-drunk rabbi, the ensemble performs minutely arranged, emotionally charged versions of vintage instrumental klezmer songs; since forming in 2010, they’ve galvanized weddings, seders, historic theaters, dive bars, folk festivals, circus showdowns, rehab clinics, holiday dance parties, city groundbreaking ceremonies, and midnight mountainside bonfires. The Army’s debut CD, Funeral Afterparty, was just released in early 2014.

Nu Klezmer's Army will play Moisture Festival on April 5th!
