This week's film is a short part, "Ferry Room Motor," of a feature film, Labour In A Single Shot, by Adam Sekuler, a local filmmaker and former program director at Northwest Film Forum. A much larger part of Sekuler's film will be shown on Tuesday, March 18, at the Town Hall before a conversation between myself and Seattle City Council member Kshama Sawant about why socialism is still an option to capitalism. And also why socialism is still (and has always been) the best alternative to capitalism.
