A Car Tossed By the Dark Waves of the Sea

Posted by on Wed, Mar 5, 2014 at 3:08 PM

Why and how did a car driven by a woman plunge into a sea with huge and powerful waves? Also in the car were three children. All lives were saved by courageous life guards...

I will keep track of this strange story.

I blame Dethklok and Fiat. They should sue.

There's no mystery to it. Her kids said she was trying to kill them. She's nuts.

This is Florida, specifically Volusia County, where it's 'normal' to drive your car on the beach. It would be wonderful to ban that. Not surprisingly, pedestrians are hit by cars on the BEACH on a regular basis.

It's normal to be nuts in Florida, actually. There's laws on the books about it.

Why haven't beach pedestrians taken action with the "stand your ground" law, to blow away menacing beach car drivers?

"He was heading my direction, so I let him have it"

Psychotic or schizophrenic, abusive husband, logical solution under the circumstances. She got out of the car, wasn't trying to rescue the kids. Psychotic episode due to pregnancy is something that happens. Abusive husband after them, she'd never be able to take care of them, what to do, he'd get custody (probably will now). The demons she was hallucinating probably weren't helpful either.
