From the official Roast the Keblas Facebook page:

The legacy of Seattle film and music impresario James Keblas is to be celebrated on February 26, and everyone (yes, even you) is invited to fete him in style. Proving that even nine years of good deeds can’t go unpunished, the accomplishments of the hardest working man in Seattle show business are to be commemorated with a good old-fashioned roast.

Join the fun as a surprise panel of James’s friends, colleagues, and admirers show their gratitude with cheap jokes and low blows. There will be film, live music, and drinking, there may be tears, and there are sure to be a lot of laughs.

One thing James really nailed was reducing film permits in Seattle to $25 a day. In honor of that, we want the peanut gallery to send us quick (~30 sec.) videos answering the prompt "What Would James Keblas do for $25?" Answers could include somewhat insane, but still technically legal things James has let you do in this city for your $25, or even speculation about more illicit or just plain ridiculous things you think James might do for $25. Send high quality videos to roastthekeblas@gmail by Sunday February 23. We’ll try our best to accommodate as many submissions as possible.

The event is at Showbox Market, 21 and over (no-host bar), free and open to the public. Doors at 6:00pm, show at 7:00pm.
