Woman Falls to Her Death from a Surrey Highrise

[A] 19-year-old woman plunged to her death from the 26th floor of a Surrey highrise early Wednesday morning, has been released from custody.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team tweeted on Thursday morning that no charges have been laid in the case

The police has just released a 23-year-old man arrested after this death. The young woman spent only one hour in 2014.

Seriously Charles, what is with the washed out blue filters on these pictures of Vancouver? It gives the city look cold, dystopian appearance. Given that you (deservedly) sing its praises, why not at least try to make the city look nice by using pictures that have (a) color and (b) make the city look like a place people want to live?

What's the point of this story? Horrible yes (but there was a worse one out of NYC just days ago) but why?

I don't get it, and I read that sentence at least 3 times. She was taken into custody after she splattered all over the ground? Where did they put the handcuffs?

Maybe no filters, but the white-balance is off. Like you have it set to "fluorescent light" and take the pic outdoors.

Just put the white balance setting to "auto" if you don't know what you're doing.
