Did he call you at 4am your time, @6? Because that's about the only kind of call I'd want to get at that hour...

And seatackled @4, I'll go with what VL said, although there's this.

That is indeed wonderful news, your holiness. We had similar news from my Aunt Agnes Vel-DuRay.

Happy New Year, everyone! Be sure to eat your Hoppin' John!

If you're a little rocky this morning, you will be delighted to hear that I dreamed I was called in to test a variety of avant-garde hangover remedies for a reality TV show, and the ones I was commanded to test were (a) an entire bottle of Thousand Island salad dressing, (b) three pennies, and (c) a big bowl full of hard-boiled egg yolks, at least two dozen of them. I've never hurled during a dream before but last night I came close.

Mix'em all together; that should do the trick.

I feel that reading through that website you linked to would create a vortex that would suck me into a hell dimension, which is not how I would like to start the new year.

@10. That is amazing. I dreamed I went up to Sartain and ripped him several new ones on their gay hatred. I managed to have quite the debate with dream Sartain.

2014 should be an exciting year.

2013 was a tipping point in several critical areas for our declining civilization and it is highly unlikely, and probably impossible, that it will manage to correct course until after a massive collapse.

2013 saw the acceptance and promotion of depraved perverted selfish behaviors as Normal locks in place social pathologies that will, at an increasing pace, gut the ability of this society to function.
Traditional Heterosexual Marriage was the best social structure for producing functional capable contributing adults. The various Gommorahan counterfeit "family" structures have shown themselves unable to pick up the slack. That will continue to produce social pathologies at an increasingly rapid pace.
2014 will see a continuation of the annoying spectacle of Danny on one hand whining about social pathology while on the other squealing with porcine delight at the social corruption ("Winning!", he calls it...) that creates the pathology and suffering.

In 2013 Snowden blew the lid off of the massive abuses the Obama government is engaging in. Those abuses, mind boggling in scope though they are, are not in fact the problem.
The problem is the passive acceptance of the depravation of Civil Liberty and the gutting of The Bill of Rights by the population of sheeple.
2014 will no doubt see further surrender of Liberty; no doubt to Thunderous HomoLiberal Applause....

In 2013 Public Health professionals recognized that we are in the Post-Antibiotic Age; and at a time when ever depraved dangerous selfish social behaviors breed ever more deadly diseases.
Will 2014 see the Next Gay Plague™; Bigger, Faster, Badder than anything before?

"Obamacare" presents two aspects.
One is a huge proportion of the population claiming they are unable to provide a basic need on their own. A nation of passive helpless whiners.
Second is the inept meddling of the democraps in a huge segment of the economy. As it is implemented Obamacare will gut the medical services industry, creating chaos and dislocation for consumers and providers and delivering far lower levels of care.

Homoliberals show no desire to address their debt and, more ominously, the spending that fuels it; it has created an economic weight that will smother the economy for generations to come

Detroit's bankruptcy is the first of many to follow as governments literally break under the oppressive burden of extortive public service union pension scams.

So, yes;
2014 should be an exciting year....

So now I really want to know where they all were at the end of ten years' time, at the end of '89.

@15, Your Majesty, I'm a little dissapointed. Copying and pasting all your Slog rants today? Are you not feeling well?

Also, we've been over this. It's, "Gomorrah" (Γόμοῤῥα), for the hundredth fucking time.
