It doesn't look like much, but you'd be right to have great expectations for Blind Pig at Eastlake Teriyaki. It's run by the Blind Pig Bistro next door, open for two years now in the space where Sitka & Spruce used to be; chef/owner Charles Walpole has carried forth the local, seasonal, unfussy-but-always-interesting ideal with very tasty results, and the sourcing for the regular Pig and next door are the same.

Are the sandwiches (like falafel or catfish or pork belly), salads (like quinoa or beets or potato), soups, and teriyaki worth a trip to Eastlake?
