Yup, a completely unworkable "reform" that has absolutely no impact on the 2013-2015 budget, but would cripple future budgets, and which has been twice rejected by voters, is one of the "compromises" that senate Republicans are demanding Democrats to accept as part of a budget deal.

Sounds crazy that Dems would cave on something this stupid, but you never know. So call 800-562-6000 and tell your legislator to reject SB 5895.
