At the end of the day, the thing that makes this building very green is not so much its materials, its special fixtures, fancy glass, computer system, water system, solar panels...
What really makes it green is its location: A dense city neighborhood that's connected to a good public transportation system. A green building on a suburban campus or out in the woods somewhere makes no sense at all.
