Lynn Shelton's New Film "Touchy Feely" Will Be Distributed by Magnolia Pictures

Indiewire has the story. The press release quotes Magnolia president Eamonn Bowles as saying Shelton's "mastery of character and generous understanding of real human emotions is as great as anyone's working in film today."

We've said it before and we'll say it again: Lynn Shelton is a genius.

Agreed: Hump Day was a real let-down. The script fumbled the ending horribly. Her actual submission to Hump! was far, far funnier. Brevity is perhaps the useful constraint here.
