??!! Advertising in the YouTube Era

Viral marketing agency Thinkmodo—the professional ambushers who also did the Beauty Shop Scare video that we posted last week—says this latest clip shows regular bystanders, not actors, happening upon what appears to be an attempted murder, and that every precaution was taken to ensure the safety of all parties involved. The clip, promoting the movie Dead Man Down, your average underworld revenge fantasy rom-com starring Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace, features such choice responses to the crime-in-progress as beating the attacker about the head with a bouquet of flowers and spraying both him and his victim with a fire extinguisher.

I'm almost certain it's fake. We live in a gun-crazy country. No fool would pull that kind of stunt in a gun-crazy country.

My guess is that everyone who cowered in fear and ran off voted for the Dumbocrats.

Everyone now go look up the law on justifiable homicide and tell me what it says there.

The way those two guys were positioned, there's no way at least one person wouldn't have the same reaction I think I would have, which is to kick the choker in the face as hard as I could.

Every one of those asses who were able-bodied and just ran away or didn't help and let the elevator door close (including you, "This will be huge on Instagram" guy) need to have a long, hard think about themselves; especially once they saw the young woman, old man and old lady get in and mix it up.
