Overheard in the Office

"We can't afford coffee cups because we're spending all our money simultaneously heating and cooling the building."

You're not the only ones. Starbucks LEED Silver-certified building in Bellingham is freezing in the winter and broiling in the summer -- in no small part, I suppose, because the HVAC system is so over-pressurized the doors won't close. I've told store management something needs to be done, but that's like trying to explain Boolean algebra to a dog. And when I told Starbucks via their Web site, they said, hey, thanks for the heads-up, we'll tell the store management. Which is pretty typical, actually. It amazes that the company is still in business...

Goodwill in Ballard has an amazing array of coffee cups for 50 cents each. You aren't talking about disposable cups, are you. I think they are illegal.

I'm with @3, it's really a public health issue. If you had coffee cups you monkeys would only contribute to that biohazard site you call an office. When you're walking up-wind, you can smell that place two blocks away! :D
