Politics Snohomish County Executive Resigns Amidst Ongoing Scandal

So long, farewell, sings Washington State Democratic Party Chair Dwight Pelz:

"The Democratic Party would like to thank Aaron Reardon for his years of service to the people of Snohomish County and the entire State of Washington. While Reardon has clearly made mistakes while in office, we are grateful that he stepped forward to serve his community. We wish him and his family the best in their future endeavors."

Personally, my favorite Reardon memory is this very credible tip we received on the man's hidden tapestry of tattoos: "According to a reliable source, Snohomish County executive Aaron Reardon—currently under investigation by the Washington State Patrol for allegedly misusing public money to fund trips with his alleged mistress—reportedly has a network of hidden tattoos on his body, including spiders on one shoulder and a blue web around his belly button."
