For what it's worth, I agree with the sentiment in this video about how editing is vitally important to the process of publishing a book. As I've said a million times before, a good book is the product of an invisible dance between a writer and an editor. Just because you can't see the edits don't mean they're not there. But this video reeks of protesting way too much. It's awkward and self-congratulatory and wrong.
