Posted by on Wed, Feb 13, 2013 at 2:14 PM

The New York Times has some dogilicious photos of all the best of breed from this week's Westminster Dog Show. Chock-full of cuteness, weirdness, and gorgeousness for dog lovers.

I love you, Roger the Pekingese!

Check them out here.

German Shepherds are getting more and more fucked up each year. Pretty soon they'll be dragging their back end around in a wheeled cart.

and here's the best in show

i think the judges have tended to become jaded. like an Art critic that couldn't imagine choosing something as banal non-abstract the best of show judge has to choose the unusual ('monkey-faced'); and for some reason the small breeds. (dammit choose the big black lab!)

I vote for Armani the Xoloitzcuintli (which I am proud to say I can spell correctly every time now) and Griffin the French Bulldog.
