Media Seattle Will Get Up to Eight New Indy Radio Stations

On the dial between the Clear Channel stations and NPR affiliates, Anna Minard reports in this week's paper, will be as many as eight, low-power FM stations that have the power to broadcast across much of Seattle under new FCC licenses.
