The New Sandwich Joint on Beacon Hill

Posted by on Tue, Feb 12, 2013 at 12:36 PM

It's called Beacon Ave Deli Sandwiches and it's owned by one of my favorite businessmen in the 206, Luis Rodriguez (he also owns the cafe, The Station, that replaced Hidmo as the hiphop center):

I will have more to say about this new joint in the near future.

So far, I've had the South China Sea, the El Centro de La Raza, and the Jefferson Park. All tasty sandwiches. A great addition to the Beacon Hill commercial strip!

We will miss Luisa's. Mostly because I'm pretty sure Luisa was a drag queen, judging from her picture on the awning above the store.
