That weave was obviously strong enough to drag a bitch by. I think bad behavior in public is always postable. many people were recording, why blame only the couple? They were being being recorded too.

It looks like an intoxicated woman thought she'd do her extremely intoxicated and uncooperative friend a favor and get them home in a cab together—by any means necessary. I'm guessing they spent the night in jail instead.

Or perhaps the blonde had been recently unfrozen from her home in a neolithic mountainside ice cube and she's simply taking a lover?

Did nobody think to tell her to let go? I see people on the sidewalk, taking a video with phones. It doesn't occur to them to say, "let go, you will hurt that woman!"
