That was a great read.

I've don't think I've ever seen a Chinese restaurant that fits those directors' vision. Holdouts from the 60's Polynesian-themed bar craze that would often conflate their styles with Chinese cliches that probably came more from American film than China, maybe.

Also, can a film demanding such a location in 2013 NOT suck? I'm having a hard time imagining how.
