On New Year's Eve, An Independent Television Station in Orange County Presented a Live NYE Extravaganza Hosted by Jamie Kennedy

Posted by on Thu, Jan 3, 2013 at 9:13 AM

It did not go well. From LAist:

Channel 56, based in the OC but hailing themselves as an L.A. station, put together a NYE show hosted by funnyman Jamie Kennedy, who seemed to struggle, along with most of the folks involved in the production, with the notion of live TV. Hence this compilation of fails via YouTube that includes the many f-bombs dropped live on air, the camera flubs, some "underboob" views, Macy Gray unable to tell time while on stage, and the final fail: a brawl.

Enjoy!

*SIGH* they have pulled the clip over copyright. Now I have to go hunt for it I guess.

Hmmm...bears some resemblance to what Eric André, Hannibal Buress et al did on New Year's Eve on _purpose_.

Yeah, this is what one would expect from any group that thinks Jamie Kennedy is a headliner.

Not great, but even on CNN they have some challenges when stuff is going off live on location.

I'm more shocked at how old Jamie Kennedy looks.

I liked the lady who was lip synching along to the teleprompter.
