After 24 hours of badgering SPD for information about the Leo Etherly dash-cam video, including innumerous text messages, emails, and phone calls, we just received the following last minute notice:

Cienna is racing toward SPD HQ as I type. Hopefully she doesn't get stopped for jaywalking or something, as I'd hate to see her lose one of her discount-lasik eyes.

@1 - My guess is that the video will play at precisely 11:45 in a locked room in the basement of SPD HQ. This will be their idea of releasing the video to the public.
