Chow Beer Exorcism at Ballard Station Public House

As I did not order from the bar's diverse beer menu, I didn't experience a beer exorcism, but the "Sundance Kid" certainly cleansed me of something. It is equal parts Bulleit bourbon, Lillet, and Cynar—all of which are wonderful by themselves, but seemed potentially confusing together, like a pizza covered in tacos or a car with two spoilers covered in tacos. However, it was more like a citrusy, not overly sweet old-fashioned. Lavender Marcona almonds were a perfect accompaniment.
