Before I moved 12 or so blocks south, I lived on an alley a block from 16th and Mission, in San Francisco, for 6 or 7 years.
Coupled with, thankfully, some more positive reasons, I knew it was time to move when every wet day would shove the last few lines of this monologue into my head on my walk to and from the train.

Hey, I'm okay with it. This is, hands down, one of my favorite movies. Best exploration of lonely alienation ever. So I can understand the urge to take any opportunity, as inappropriate as it may be, to reference it.
