As long as they rarely come downtown like the other meal trucks in Seattle.

8-9 bucks for a fancy grilled cheese... they look delicious but I wouldn't front that for a snack from a food truck. From the exact pricing and the swaggy truck, looks like they cost-calculated everything down to the penny. If they were able to bump down to the 4-6 range, I'd be more inclined to scout them out.

@2: You're right, that does seem steep for a grilled cheese from a truck, even one made with local ingredients (though I think $4 is probably untenably low). Sigh.
