I'm not much liking the looks of that homemade trailer with the assortment of different wheels and axles, either, or the way that giant boat looms WAY out over the sides of it. It appears to be made out of scrap lumber. Maybe it's for the best that this guy is no longer mobile.

It looks like SB I-5 around 125th, but after looking at the condition of all the equipment I would have to say NB, because it is obvious they are taking that boat to sink in Penn Cove.
