2012 Watch Paul Ryan Become Very Uncomfortable When Mitt Romney Says Something Positive About President Obama

Keep your eyes on Paul Ryan as Mitt Romney says “one thing [President Obama] did not do in his first four years...is to raise taxes.” His expression is priceless.
That's the face of a man who's thinking to himself, "you dumb fucking son of a bitch."

@ 1. ROFL Surely you jest. Romney is done for good in politics after this election. Ryan may very well lose his House seat as well the VP slot, but even if he holds it, no one will give a shit about him again.

I've been getting the sense that Romney has been doped up on meth and anti-depressants ever since that night he spent alone in his hotel room, poking at his veggie burrito.

I hope you're right, but I do recall thinking that Gingrich's days were numbered back in the 90's and I never thought Santorum would get as far as he did. Never underestimate narcissistic politicians.

I think you are letting your emotions about the candidates colour what you see - there's plenty of real stuff to pick on. Don't hurt your credibility with hooking the things you want to say to non-events.

Huge reach Paul...I think your blind hackary is really pretty bad. The Stranger did a MUCH better job going after the GOP in 2008. This year it seems like you guys are reading more into stuff that isn't there.

@ 7, let's not OVERestimate what those guys accomplished. Gingrich and Romney will definitely be too old in 2016 (Romney will be 69 and Gingrich 72 - I'm recalling their birth dates from memory, so give it +/- a year).
These guys got as far as they did for one reason - because the social cons and teabaggers are in full charge of the GOP. That's how that party went from championing "Obamacare" before it had that name in the 90s, to trying to repeal it 31 times. Extreme nuts like Palin, Bachmann, Ryan and Santorum are their stars, and they scare the middle as much as they do the right. They only get so far because the Dems have yet to really drive home how extreme the GOP is today.

In a redux of Sarah Palin’s relationship with John McCain, Paul Ryan is going rogue on the Romney campaign, referring to Romney as “Stench”. Meanwhile, Romney’s staff is alleged by Politico to be referring to Ryan as “Gilligan”.

He might be thinking that Obamacare is a tax, and they should campaign on that. It's as specious as saying an ER room is health care, but facts aren't in the platform for these ass clowns.

@26, run a Taco Bell? Ryan is a fake budget hawk. If Republicans accepted on facts, the results might be better:
- Latinos do not appreciate threats to deport women and kids born in this country,
- women are not fools who were only mesmerized by Obama's charm,
- no one believes you can fund your education by borrowing from your grandparents,
- billionaires are not waiting for tax breaks to invest,
- people who create offshore vehicles to avoid taxes are not patriots,
- donating to your church is not charity and $2m in unexplained charity deductions is not okay, and
- corporations are not people.
