@5, actually, most mainstream libertarians don't oppose taxing legal marijuana. (They certainly prefer that to keeping it illegal.) I'm sure there are some radical ones who do, but most don't.

Oh, and interestingly, most libertarians are more liberal on this issue than the Colorado Teachers Union.
