Tit for Tat

Posted by on Fri, Sep 14, 2012 at 2:29 PM

This morning, Romney was all:

Then an hour or two later, Obama was all, like:

As Mark Halperin points out, the benefit of having three years to plan aheadis incalculable. The Obama campaign probably has a bunch of ads three-quarters finished and ready to roll as soon as the Romney campaign drops their ads. Romney's people need to start leading the conversation, and it's going to be hard for them if the Obama campaign keeps parrying them like this at every turn.

wow.

this will surely remove 46 million from the poverty rolls and give the 15% without work meaningful employment.

@1, it would be a lot easier to put people back to work if Mitt Romney started paying is taxes and stopped shipping jobs to China.

W. Lost 5 million manufacturing jobs, Obama stopped the hemorrhage to .5 millions and has been adding them since 2010. Like the rest of Romney's stuff his cherry picked attacks lack all context.

The audio engineer for Romney should be flogged. The wispy "i'm mitt romney and i approve this message" is pretty laughable. :\

I would like to point out that the headline for this article is currently right in line with that horrifying Chelsea Charms ad. Thank you.

I started watching Mitt's ad and my jaw just dropped! How could anyone on his campaign think that is subject matter to go ANYWHERE near???

Is there some political version of The Producers that they could be trying to pull?

Mitt's people really blew this one. Sure, attack the President's alleged failure but do NOT even mention China. They really left themselves wide open to the rebuttal.
