My girlfriend's dog does that lift-the-whole-rear thing. It's kinda gross though, the dog typically ends up peeing all over itself.

Yeah, sure, when someone films their dog doing it it's a youtube hit, but when I film Fnarf doing it he beats the crap out of me. I see how it is.
