But a judge says that Nite Moves has not proven even "at a bare minimum" (nice!) that its dancers do "choreographed performances" worthy of the kinds of tax exemptions given to, say, the ballet. (Nite Moves doesn't have a liquor license—could this case set precedent for Seattle's liquorless strip joints?)
An appeal is underway, but since Slog polls are legally binding and their results factual, we can settle this right here.
