This is what Obamachair said on the last night of the RNC convention. The chair also told Eastwood to go fuck himself. What will be registered as one of the most bizarre moments in American politics is sure to fuel consiperacy theories. Was Eastwood a plant? Was he sent by Obama's Chicago-cold strategists into the heart of enemy territory to self-explode? He certainly turned what was supposed to be a serious night, a moment for Rmoney to make his case to America, into a joke that dominated Twitter for hours last night, #Eastwooding, and dominates headlines this morning. The smile on David Axelrod's face:

Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod had positive things to say about Clint Eastwood on Friday, no doubt in part because Eastwood’s rambling address at the Republican National Convention took the focus off of GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney.
“I love Clint Eastwood. He is a great film maker and I think he is one of the greats of our time,” said Axelrod on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

That said, the tactician in Axlerod noted that letting Eastwood speak was probably not the best idea for the convention.

It began with Isaac disrupting the opening, middled with Isaac reminding America of Katrina, and ended with an old man talking to a chair. Mudede's #eastwooding:
