Another Shooting In the Central District

Slog tipper Brendan Patrick says there's a "big police response" to what the SPD describes as "6-10 shots fired near 27th Avenue and E Columbia St."

The first report on the SPD Twitter feed was of one man shot in the arm with "non-life-threatening" injuries. That's now been upgraded to "life-threatening injuries."

The SPD Blotter adds:

It appears the gunman knew his victim, and police are now searching for the suspect. Gang detectives are assisting in the investigation.
