Horrors New American Horror Story Teasers!

American Horror Story—definitely one of my top three current favorite TV shows—is returning this October with a mostly new cast (Jessica Lange's still there, YAYY!) and a whole new story line (set in an asylum... BRRRR). Here are the first three teasers for it, all of which are horrifying, confusing, and jam crammed with WTF?!?

Here's teaser #2 "Blue Coat." WTF?!?

And here's "Hydrobath." WTF?!?

Most ghost stories these days seem lazily written. Since ghosts don't actually exist, you have to use them as a literary device to symbolize something that does (fear of death, loss, etc.) - otherwise, it's just a cartoon.

It's pretty lazy (though prettily done) stuff. I watched all of AHS this year and felt like they just threw anything they could out there but it didn't make a whole lot of sense. Loved Jessica Lange, though.
