Stoners Now Leading SPD Reform Plan (UPDATED)

Has anyone noticed that the theme of Hempfest three years ago and Mayor Mike McGinn's new policing reform plan have basically the same name? 20/20: A Vision for the Future.

UPDATE at 3:20 PM: Reached by phone, Sergeant Sean Whitcomb explains, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."

I have a feeling anything that by the time 2020 rolls around, we're going to be really sick of hearing ad/political/marketing slogans capitalizing on 20/20 vision. This is less a conspiracy than tired minds thinking alike.
