The King County Council will convene at 1:30 p.m. to listen to public testimony before voting on the controversial Sodo arena. "The hearing will be the public’s last opportunity to voice their opinions on the proposal before the Council takes action on the legislation," says the press release.

Not that any council members will be swayed by public comment at this point. At least, I hope not. You'd think that they've done enough of their homework—and have listened to enough of the previous testimony—so they know the details.

That is: Everyone should be reasonably prepared except for Regan Dunn, who skipped most of the big public arena hearing, is infamous for missing more votes than any council member, and can't even be bothered to vote on his own legislation.
