#1 - sorry, that video is not cute at all. It's a tragedy waiting to happen and the owner is an irresponsible asshole.

@6 you're right - that little hat is a fashion catastrophe. Somebody could walk by and laugh at any minute, permanently injuring the animal's self-esteem
