Someone please correct me, but it sounds like Michael's mom and kids basically got everything after he died, but because their Father has a good relationship with the Mother and since she cant say no to him, that basically gives him as much control over the money even though he didnt get much (or anything) in the will. The siblings know that Michael never wanted a dime to go to the father (for being an abusive asshole), but in the meantime, he's spending lavishly on himself and theyre trying to stop him and re-do the will so that it all goes to his kids.

Or are they all fighting over money?
