I think #3 is right. Not nearly enough use of the Toshiba logo for it to be real. Also, the length would have to make it a web-only thing.

Its better than the "If you dont own an iPhone, then you dont own an iPhone" ads, which at that point they might as well display an iTunes icon for 30 seconds.
