A man in a wheelchair was on Phinney Avenue North simply "hanging out with his friends" this Monday, July 9, according to a report filed by Seattle police officer Ron Willis. As the group talked, a man he knew walked up to the group. "This is my fucking spot!" said the approaching man. "You gotta leave!"

Then he tipped over the wheelchair-bound man, causing him to hit the right side of his head on the way to the ground.

Luckily, the assailant "apparently felt bad for what he did," the report continues, because he propped the victim back in the wheelchair before leaving the scene. What a guy!

Officer Willis of the SPD arrived and swiftly administered justice in the form of a business card with the case number on it. According to the report, the victim explained to Officer Willis that "he is upset with (suspect) for dumping him out of his wheelchair."

The victim claimed to Officer Willis that the suspect "is the guy who stacks the rocks in Fremont." The police report, however, doesn't say the whether alleged rock stacker was involved or committed any crime.
