Why Is the City Banning This Breast Cancer Survivor from Swimming Topless in Seattle Pools?

Jodi Jaecks can’t swim in this public pool, city officials say, unless she covers up the skin where her breasts used to be. "She made it clear she wanted to show her scars as a 'badge of courage' and wanted to use the pool to spread her message," says parks spokeswoman Dewey Potter.
