Here Is the Billboard...

Posted by on Thu, May 31, 2012 at 12:27 PM

...taken out by San Diego's Missiongathering Church, and put up along North Carolina's Billy Graham Parkway.

As The Advocate reports:

Each billboard costs $3,000 for four weeks, and the church hopes to raise enough money via its Givimo page to add more of them and keep them up in Charlotte throughout the Democratic National Convention in September.

Thank you, San Diego's Missiongathering Church.

Here's another Minister that's on the right side of this issue and paying the price.

Could someone at the Stranger please pass the big gay money hat around the room for both of these churches?

Good marketing for 'em. They seem savvy enough they don't need my money.

Good for them, but who the f**k designed that billboard? There's no way you can get the gist of it driving by. Don't believe me? Squint your eyes a little and then look at it. All you can read is "IS SORRY". And what's with the wires and birds? What does that mean?
