I'm spending a week in rural America. A whole week! Totally cows, barns, and churches. I went through Idaho and saw it has lots of churches. Lots of people here believe God is an ape. I recall lots of rural Africans believing a spider created the universe. This sort of thing (spiders, apes, elephants with ten arms) is, after all, easier to believe than chance, time, and evolution. Maybe the rural people can see the wind turbines as turning crosses? Put a couple of Roman soldiers next to each one? Jesus as wind?
