The City of Seattle made a video about a problem bus line:

These patches are all great. I love them. I want to have a fucking wedding with prioritized traffic signals, all right? But you know what would really build a better crosstown bus along the 45th Avenue corridor? No bus at all. A better bus would be a train. A subway system, if you will. Why the city council—along with the mayor and county executive and county council—aren't leading a full-court press in the media, in Olympia, and on the ballot to build a subway system in the next 25 years is baffling. Okay, it's not baffling. It's completely consistent with their feckless, flaccid, fearful fecklessness. But the voters are full of feck. We want a rail-based transit system—we've been voting for it and paying for it—and we'll keep paying for it if the politicians can find some feck.
