This is fucking hilarious: A town hall-goer questions Paul Ryan about his recent renunciation of Ayn Rand.
The weird thing about this whole Ayn Rand thing is that Ryan seemingly started this fracas himself by backing away from Ayn Rand under his own power. (Maybe he was trying to clear up any potential controversies before Romney's vice presidential search got underway?) But it's only served to make Rand—a cornerstone of Teabaggy thought—into a controversial figure in the Republican party. You know, the way she was back in 1964, when Goldwater was rising to power. It's going to be a pleasure watching Republicans burn Rand as a witch all over again.
