An update for those tracking—and diving into the details of—yesterday's emergency order: It's now been officially terminated.

Way to issue that order HOURS after most of the damage was done. Day late, dollar short, enjoy being a one term mayor.

@2 - I doubt this issue will hurt McGinn much. It's hard to picture a Republican challenger making much hay over taking sticks and tire irons away from vandals. Hell, I bet if you did a poll, most people would support it.
